Hildegardt choose the beautiful SHELLY POINT HOTEL and SPA here on the West Coast for her and Kuba's romantic VINTAGE GLAM wedding. This was a family affair with lots of WESKUS Sjiek and this was our first Huisgenoot exposure.

The reception was held on the Pool Terrace and parts under the beautiful stretch tent provided by West Coast Tents that was strecthed over the pool to create different parts to be utilised.
The tables were set in three different styles. One with a vintage roman flower bowl and crystal, beautiful 5 arm crystal chandelier with small groupings of flowers in crystal bowls and the last one a giraffe vase with a huge bunch of gyps. The tablecloths was a silver rose embossed cloth and it fit in beautiful with the lace, old vintage buttons, crystal glasses and glass on gold under plates. The King silver cutlery just add to the vintage glam ambiance. The Ghost Tiffany Chairs just add more elegance and glam to this beautiful wedding. Over sized Roman urns on the edge of the waterfall of the pool with huge arrangements divided the reception and the chill area with beautiful coaches and seating area's for the guests to enjoy.
Hildegardt just love the Old Cape Dutch rose and we used it in most of the flower arrangements just with little patches of pink here and there. Her hand bouquet was made of Dendrobium orchids, tuber roses, lisianthus and snow white roses.
We create a sacred area for the ceremony in the restaurant up stairs under a huge chuppa and enhanced it with crystals and glass baubles. The white Tiffany chairs just tie it all together.
Hildegardt said in the Huisgenoot that when Kuba kisses her she just heard jazz and blues music and this is how they are. Full of love, beautiful and talented.
We are proud to announce that we did the whole weddings flowers and decor and in conjunction with Shelly Point we coordinating the actual day of the wedding and that the coordinators (Blank Canvas) only handled the admin on behalf of Hildegardt and Kuba.
