Theoniel & Katy McDonald Wedding - Paternoster Lodge / Jakkalsgat - Paternoster

a Whimsical wedding with elements of the enchanted forest theme.  Thousands of twinkling little fairy lights lit the tables on strands cascading from the roof.  The tea light candles were hidden in wooden logs in between huge cylinder vases with beautiful Casablanca Lillie's playfully arranged in between the strands of fairy lights. The Lodge was beautifully decorated for this real time wedding with views on the Paternoster beach to die for.
The ceremony was held at JAKKALSGAT sometimes mistaken for Bekbaai.  A beautiful chuppa in white edge of the sacred place for the ceremony to be concluded amongst the huge rocks and just with the waves and breathtaking views to announce this special day of the beautiful wedding couple and bridal party.

Rene & Paul - SEA TRADER - Cape St Martin/St Helena Bay

I have met Rene on a visit from London to the West Coast busy planning her South African wedding to Paul from Whales in Great Britain. Rene bring me 3 rolls of thread with her colour scheme she would like to have in   Teal, deep pink and plum.  Beautiful choice of colour on white with elements of cream.  She bought quite a few elements overseas to incorporate with her overall decor with the heart as major focus element and theme.  We have a wired mesh heart with a tea light candle, flower buckets  with hearts embossed  and little beige lanterns with a heart on it.  The guest list was uniquely display in the different regions in Whales with the guests names on a heart.  The big heart lanterns just round of the guest corner beautifully.  The Photo corner was of family and friends and was playfully displayed on satin ribbon and in photo frames with wooden lettering with words like Family, laugh and love.
The flowers were simple but elegant and we have used chrysanthemums, snapdragon, mini carnations, Inka Lilly, roses with fillers like penny gum and bracken.  Her hand bouquet were made of deep pink roses and plum carnations and plum snapdragons.
The candy buffet was any sweet tooths dream and was displayed on the wedding cake table against a wall of hearts stating "dont just stand their eat something"

Our best wishes to Rene and Paul  may they be blessed with  love and prosperity in London !
