ABIA AWARDS 2012

Be-Dazzled were nominated in 5 categories of the African Bridal Industry Association Awards for Decor, Flowers, Function Coordinating, Stationary and Hiring of all Wedding Supplies in the the Western Cape of which we were finalists of. We are so proud and honoured to announce that we won the awards for Function Coordinating and Hiring of all Wedding supplies. Thanks to all our brides that nominated us and also voted for us. We appreciate it and promise to continue giving our best to make your day as special and magical as you always dreamed of.

GALA EVENING : 4 SPESIAL FORCES REGIMENT LANGEBAAN

We were honoured to do this event for the forth time in a row for the past 4 years. 4SFR Langebaan host every year this event as part of their Birthday Celebrations for the Regiment. This is a yearly black tie event which everyone anxiously awaits. This year we decorated the venue in black and white with a touch of silver and crystal with lots of candle light and fairy lights. At night time the venue looked like a fairy tale and somehow you were awaiting for Cinderella and Prince Charming to apear which came to true in all the beautiful ladies and charming gentlemen who attended the Ball. We also set-up a photo corner with different props that everyone could use for the photo shoot which brought a lot of laughter to all the guests. Everyone enjoyed the party and at the end of the night you feel sad that the evening needs to end, but looking forward to the next year so that the fairy tale can continue. The evening was magical as always.

CORPORATE EVENT : TRONOX NAMAKWA SANDS INFORMATION SESSION

We had our work cut out for us with this challenge. Transforming a large workshop into a venue for a meeting with 300 people was not an easy job. We had a lot of fun laughing at each other when we had to put on the safety gear to work on the plant which was also a first for us. Doing free standing draping and also make sure it was safe for everyone at the event was tough, because the client is always big in the safety and security of everyone who enters the plant. We were dancing and singing to the music which the sound technicians played while packing out the chairs and decorating the venue for the next day. It was also an honour to do this event which very important to the client itself. The event was an information session for all the workers on the plant about the transformation from Exarro to Tronox. The transformation from a workshop to a venue was amazing and successful. This was one of the greatest experiences in the corporate field of work. Funny how just everything came together.
